I have been a Professional Hair and Makeup Artist for 18 years and currently manage a team of over 40 artists across the UK. I became a mentor to assist fellow Hair and Makeup Artists in achieving their career goals. My extensive experience in the industry will allow me to guide you in the right direction and help you reach where you want to be, regardless of whether you are stuck in a rut, a newcomer or in need of a rebrand.

What's included:
Onboarding
An initial 60 minute call / zoom to discuss your business and where you are at currently, any struggles you want to overcome and where you want your business to be.
A weekly call over two months. The timing can be flexible should it need to fit around your work. During this session you will be held accountable for any actions we agree. You can also Whatsapp for extra accountability.
Analysis
I will then conduct a detailed analysis of your business and provide a full MOT, including an analysis of your website, Instagram, Facebook and your portfolio images.
Ideal client
Who are your ideal clients? Together we will look at your audience and I will teach you how to identify your ideal audience and how to reach them.
Branding
Once your ideal client is identified we will come up with a brand style that will appeal to your ideal client. If you need a website, I will guide you in deciding what needs to be published on there.
Strategy
We will work together and identify ten critical steps that you need to take to achieve your business goals. We will also discuss and outline the activities you must continue every month.
Review
At the end of the two months we will look back and see what you have achieved, if appropriate we will put together a 'next steps' plan for you to take forward and continue to grow!
